PC, AHK, How to capture in Excel

When the job is to capture and use a specific part of Excel every day 

1. In order to capture the desired part in Excel, it must be shown on the screen.
2. The user must not move the screen.
3. You need the size of the location you want to capture by using a macro that
    hides the rows and columns even when you open Excel every time.
